That time of year

It is that time of year again, when all the hard work has been done and now is the time to sit back, relax, and race faster than you ever have before.

Well, maybe it's not quite that easy, but it is important to remember that anything you do now is in place to help with the peaking process, and allow your body to be prepared and well rested when race time comes around. Don't stress about missing a training session if you are feeling worn out, staying healthy is the most important thing you can do. Pop the air-born tablets like candy and lock your sick roommates out of the dorm if needed.

This weekend is the USCSA Regional Championships in Waterville Valley, NH and coming up quickly in less than 2 weeks are the USCSA National Championships in Winter Park, CO!

So rest up, keep yourself hydrated, take your vitamins, stay healthy, and most importantly, when it comes time to race, remember that it is that time of the year, the time when you must drop the hammer!!
