I don't know, what are you doing?

1. When biking with the local biking gang last week in Colton, we saw a big black bear. Holy crap!

2. Yesterday, with that same group, we raced an Amish buggy. The old woman riding shotgun was loving it. We clocked the buggy at 30mph. Let's just call this race a draw.

3. While doing some light plyos on the Science Center hill, my friend drove by. He thought it would be fun to chase me up and down the hill in his car. He was right. Unfortunately, the geese scared him away.

Training is fun!
